I’ve been looking for a place to rent for some time; during this time I’ve met some of real estate agents who were late for the inspections, not giving clear answers for the questions or enough information about the places they were trying to sell out; total disrespect! However, (Marriott Lane Real Estate) Matthew was not one of them. He’s so easy to deal with, punctual and responsive. I’m now glad I didn’t get other places as it would be extra stressful to deal with those agents. Thank you again Matthew!

Tenant selection is always excellent. There is always back-up if my agent is away. Administration is first class and always timely. Re-rented unit without loss and increased rent. These are the most professional real estate people I have dealt with.

My experience has been okay, but not excellent. I feel that my agent often prioritizes the landlord's interests over my own, which has led to a sense of being undervalued and unheard. This approach has made it difficult for me to fully engage in the process. I'm not sure if this is common or if it's just my first experience, but I believe a more balanced approach would significantly improve the experience for tenants.
