From inspection to execution of the lease, our experience with the realtor Matthew Hanlon has been smooth and reliable. Matthew has helped us every step of the way, and we are grateful for his responsiveness to assist with any questions or qualms that have arisen.

Excellent experience. Matthew was very responsive and professional during the leasing process. Couple of issues post lease was addressed promptly.

I’ve been looking for a place to rent for some time; during this time I’ve met some of real estate agents who were late for the inspections, not giving clear answers for the questions or enough information about the places they were trying to sell out; total disrespect! However, (Marriott Lane Real Estate) Matthew was not one of them. He’s so easy to deal with, punctual and responsive. I’m now glad I didn’t get other places as it would be extra stressful to deal with those agents. Thank you again Matthew!

Tenant selection is always excellent. There is always back-up if my agent is away. Administration is first class and always timely. Re-rented unit without loss and increased rent. These are the most professional real estate people I have dealt with.

I have been dealing with Matthew Hanlon for 2+ years now and my experience has been nothing but positive. Matthew has always been prompt and practical, a true professional. Making the whole leasing and ongoing management process seamless and efficient. Highly recommended.

Marriott Lane Real Estate
We have previously rented from Marriot lane and when it was time to choose a property manager to lease our new purchase we knew it had to be Marriot lane. Professional, prompt and thorough service!

My experience with Marriott Lane has been nothing but efficient & professional, & Matthew Hanlon is an exceptional agent.

Sabine has been a great source of information and very prompt in responding to any queries we have had as tenants.
Marriott Lane Real Estate
My experience has been okay, but not excellent. I feel that my agent often prioritizes the landlord's interests over my own, which has led to a sense of being undervalued and unheard. This approach has made it difficult for me to fully engage in the process. I'm not sure if this is common or if it's just my first experience, but I believe a more balanced approach would significantly improve the experience for tenants.
