Chris was a pleasure to deal with. He was honest, professional and diligent in all of our dealings. Chris sold our property off-market within three weeks, kept us updated at every step of the way, and secured more than we had agreed to accept. I would highly recommend his services.

We were very happy with whole process from signing to sale.Chris was great keeping us well informed throughout the campaign and explaining the auction process and options.. and anything else we needed. Knowing exactly what was happening and how things were proceeding ( there were highs and lows) eliminated a lot of stress and more time and energy to celebrate.

We chose Chris after interviewing three other local agents. He listened more than he spoke so I felt he understood what our expectations were and, more importantly, gave us comfort that he would be better able to qualify the interested parties. Once commissioned Chris went straight to work and was very professional in his approach. The marketing was successfully implemented and the viewings always had good numbers. He provided regular feedback and I never doubted that he had our best interests in mind. I would recommend Chris in a heartbeat.

Chris and his team at McGrath - Coogee helped me sell my Bronte property. I needed to sell quickly. Within a few days from signing the contract with Chris, he had found a buyer who was keen to buy the property without even inspecting it! I am so glad I selected him as my agent, as he has such extensive knowledge of the Bronte market. He gave me guidance on what price range to expect when selling at auction. And in the end I was able to sell prior to auction and saved money on staging and marketing costs. I highly recommend Chris to help anyone looking to buy or sell in the Bronte, NSW area.

Chris had a few suggestions to improve the home before the sale and we feel this made a big difference. the staff in the McGrath office were very helpful with the paperwork as well.

We had only a short window to deal with to sell our property. Marnie and her team worked speedily, efficiently, mindful of our desires and concerns, to achieve a great outcome.

This is the second property Chris has sold for me. Being an investment property with a tenant , Chris suggested to try off market for 2 weeks and he sold it in that time! Chris was very professional at all times through out the sale process . His communication skills were excellent. Chris has a great personality and a pleasure to deal with.

Marnie and the team were responsive and professional. The whole process just seemed to happen organically, although I am sure there were furious wheels spinning in the background. We got a great price and Marnie managed the process marvellously.

Marnie sold my house in South Coogee for a price I wouldn't have dreamed of. From the initial sales consultation to the final result, Marnie was warm, personable and professional. She gave us an accurate assessment of the market and led us through the journey with no games or false expectations. I had complete trust that she and her lovely assistant Connor had our best interests in mind throughout the process. We sold before auction, which took a lot of the stress away. A bottle of champagne arrived on the doorstep a couple of hours after the sale! Thank you Marnie.

Charles and his team worked well together. I was given plenty good advices and updates during the 3 weeks preparation and 4 weeks marketing campaign. Charles is very easy to communicate and he has my best interest in mind. I feel we worked hard together towards the outcome. It was a wonderful experience!

We found Charles to be very open and transparent about the buying process. Charles was very good at keeping us upto date where things were at, especially when things started to move quickly with the purchase and the bidding. As a buyer you want an agent that is transparent and fair, so we would have no hesitation in recommending Charles Stevens if you are buying or selling a property.
