Chris and his team won me over with the never ending incredible customer service and constant market updates. I first thought about selling a while back but the timing wasn’t right. His consistency in keeping me up to date with the movement in Coogee over months made the choice for me in the end the only choice to make. He had a clear strategy and executed it to perfection. I got honest feed back and was thrilled with the price I achieved. If you are thinking about selling one face to face with Chris and Briannna will eliminate all the competition. Thank you team!

Marnie came recommended to us by a very highly regarded professional in the real estate industry and all we can say is that if you are lucky enough to find Marnie available for selling your property, then don't hesitate to sign her up and have her working for you. Recommendations aside, we chose Marnie over a number of agents interviewed in the south of Sydney area due to her experience and tenacity in achieving the best outcomes and that she has the support of a vast network of resources behind her. For selling our family home Marnie was very patient with us and understanding, not just the financial but also the emotional investment that is attached to such a life-changing event that is often overlooked by most agents. During the overall campaign process and on selling day, Marnie went above and beyond our expectations and got a much better result that was expected. We recommend her very highly.

Marnie with Danielle and Connor as support accurately predicted a price range for us, which we met at auction. She also correctly advised us to reject a pre-auction offer that we were considering and ended up getting $120,000 more from a different bidder at the event.
