Marnie and her team delivered what I had heard from others with a fantastic result. She is informative and honest, always a pleasure to deal with, extremely helpful and went above and beyond as my agent in guiding me through the sale process and continues to do so now I am looking for my new home. I would highly recommend Marnie and her team.

Marnie and Conner are awesome and have helped us secure our first property. They helped and guided us in every step of the way . They coordinated with the owner and they helped with every step of negotiations and were very transparent. I would highly recommend them.

Chris is a really excellent agent. He is highly experienced and knowledgable about the real estate market, and an excellent communicator with a high level of transparency throughout the entire selling process. I hope to work with him again in the future.

We have just sold the family home of over 60 years. Marnie was by our side right throughout the process. Her intricate knowledge of the area and the market resulted in the sale at an exciting auction, with a result beyond out expectations. Connor was always there, answering emails, phone calls and was always patient and listened to every question. I highly recommend this team if you want to sell your property.

This is the second time that I have engaged Chris as an Estate Agent. The first occasion was the sale of our Semi at Bronte three years ago .This second sale I was acting in some small part on behalf of my daughter who lives in Noosa QLD. This one bedroom unit was also in Bronte NSW. I have no hesitation in saying that Chris has over these three years not only maintained his excellent knowledge of the market but also the manner that he engages with his clients. You always feel comfortable that he has your best interests at all times. If you are thinking of engaging an Estate Agent, don't hesitate use Chris.

We have used Marnie over several years to buy and sell our properties. She is always very professional and always goes the extra mile for her clients. A refreshing approach to Real Estate and her clients makes her stand out from the rest. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We live overseas and decided to use Chris after a recommendation. The apartment was near the end of a major renovation and Chris and his team went well beyond and above the call of duty to help manage the whole sales process including engaging builders and tradesmen to finish some work. This resulted in very professional campaign and well negotiated sale which were very happy to conclude. I would certainly recommend Chris.

We engaged Marnie and her full team of 3 others early in 2020 selling our Penthouse in Little Bay. From the initial coffee to all of the interactions and communication between Connor, Brendan, Veronica and Marnie, it was polite, factual, informative and most importantly honest. We initially had higher expectations of the sale price but during the lead up to the auction, Marnie kept us closely appraised of the buyers (and their sentiments), the fluidity of the market (February 2020), other properties similarly placed in terms of location, amenities, price guide and turn-over times in order for us to make an informed decision to accept one of the 3 offers (after some negotiation). Whilst we didn't quite get what we were hoping for, I believe given the market, selling on the 22nd day of the auction campaign (a week before the auction date) for almost our pre-determined reserve price was a good result in hindsight. Marnie's team were excellent in organising the marketing, copywriting and subsequent feedback from the digital marketing campaigns also. I would definitely recommend Marnie and her team, especially if you are considering selling in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Chris has just sold my mother’s apartment. We could not fault him in anything. He was calm, resourceful, reliable and a good communicator. Given the current COVID19 environment and it’s restriction on realestate sales, he did a fantastic job
