I bought a property through Chris back in 2013. He was great to deal with as a buyer, but it was also clear that he was acting in the best interests of the seller in terms of getting the best price. He kept in touch after the sale, and when it was time to sell in 2020 I appointed him to manage the sale for us. During the campaign we had fires and the pandemic and the sale was much tougher than any of us had expected. Chris stuck with it throughout and his energy and commitment to getting the best result never faltered. In trying conditions he never pressured us to take a low price, but gave sound and wise advice throughout. The house was sold for a price I was really happy with given the conditions and I would use Chris and his team again without hesitation.

We invested a lot of time meeting Agents in the East, often spending several meetings with them, drinking lots of coffee! attempting to get a feel for their experience, personality and work ethic. What set Chris apart from the others was his demeanor. We went to his property viewings before meeting him and the atmosphere was notably different to other agencies. Attentive but not overfamiliar. Knowledgeable but not cocky. His supporting team including Jessica Trantau were very organised and asked us the right questions, wanting to understand our needs and always following up promptly. We knew this was a duo that we wanted selling our property in Waverley. It was the right choice. Throughout the sale we were informed well of our options, always allowing us to provide input, but also receiving their recommendation as the experts. This was always delivered professionally and we never felt pushed. Chris sold our property in a uncertain market time above our expectations and prior to auction. This would be my 2nd property I’ve sold through Chris and even though he got a great price on our 1st property he wasn’t guaranteed the 2nd. But his straight forward approach and sales strategy made sense for each property located in different suburbs so they needed the right approach and his was the right one for each. I would highly recommend Chris- he is professional, always available even after sale and generally a nice guy to work with.
