I had engaged Chris to sell my investment property recently. I had obtained his details from a family referral whereby he sold property for them too. I am so thankful for that referral and putting me onto Chris. I was so impressed by him in my dealings with him. He had exceeded my every expectation. Chris communicated clearly and promptly on every occasion and being able to speak with him whenever I needed was never a problem – he was always available, approachable, patient, prompt, supportive, professional and friendly which are such rare traits to find in an agent. In addition, Chris is also extremely sensitive to the emotional side of buying/selling property and supported me through the entire process which was such a huge relief. Chris’s knowledge of his local market is undeniable. His commitment and professionalism is second to none and he has completely changed my opinion of real estate agents – he actually works for his clients like nothing else and works towards achieving a positive outcome as if it were his own property. He went above and beyond with absolutely everything – he even managed the sale negotiation from overseas whilst on holiday with his family, returning my calls immediately on every occasion. In June 2015,I decided to place My house on the market and move to St Basil’s Retirement complex. As I did not know of any Real Estate Agents I consulted with My good friend,Roland Pisani and He recommended Chris Volpatti of McGrath Real Estate. I did not realise the Chris’s offsider was Jason Pasini,and I signed a contract in February 2015. The house has now been sold and I cannot speak more highly of Chris and Jason’s Professional attitude.Lines of communication were always open and all of My (many) questions were answered Immediately.
