Chris was recommended to us by another McGrath Agent that we had used for our two previous properties - true to her words 'there is no other Agent in the East to entrust the sale of your property than Chris Volpatti'. We knew from the moment we met with Chris that he was the one that would be our Agent. His professionalism, his confidence and his sincerity towards us made us feel at ease with the sale of our property. We were always kept informed of the progress of open house after every viewing and whenever there was a need to be in contact with Chris or vice versa it wasn't an issue at all. We would be more than happy to recommend Chris and we would be definitely using him again!!

I had engaged Chris to sell my investment property recently. I had obtained his details from a family referral whereby he sold property for them too. I am so thankful for that referral and putting me onto Chris. I was so impressed by him in my dealings with him. He had exceeded my every expectation. Chris communicated clearly and promptly on every occasion and being able to speak with him whenever I needed was never a problem – he was always available, approachable, patient, prompt, supportive, professional and friendly which are such rare traits to find in an agent. In addition, Chris is also extremely sensitive to the emotional side of buying/selling property and supported me through the entire process which was such a huge relief. Chris’s knowledge of his local market is undeniable. His commitment and professionalism is second to none and he has completely changed my opinion of real estate agents – he actually works for his clients like nothing else and works towards achieving a positive outcome as if it were his own property. He went above and beyond with absolutely everything – he even managed the sale negotiation from overseas whilst on holiday with his family, returning my calls immediately on every occasion. Now tell me where you will find that level of service and commitment? Nowhere! Trust me….you won’t find any agent like him anywhere!!! I will be recommending Chris to every single person I know and will definitely use him again when purchasing/selling again. For anyone who reads this review and buys/sells a property without Chris Volpatti as your agent, you are simply doing yourself a disservice and selling yourself short on the price you want. Thanks for everything again Chris!

Chris came recommended to us by someone within the Real Estate Industry who has exposure to hundreds of Agents - he said Chris was the best Agent to sell any property in Sydney. We wanted to know for ourselves and meet with 3 other agents but after spending 30mins with Chris we knew that his approach was certainly going to get the best outcome. Throughout the sale process he kept us informed and got us an outstanding result.

Chris was a pleasure to work with. He communicated frequently and allowed us to make informed decisions about the sale of our property. He also helped us secure the pre-auction sale price we wanted.

Since deciding that Chris Volpatti from McGrath Estate Agents Coogee was to assist us in the selling of our house. Jan my wife & I have been more than happy with the result. From the first day that Chris visited our house he presented himself as totally professional with all aspects of the sale process. His knowledge to assist us as first time sellers more than put us at ease. We were more than pleased with the final sale result. Chris continued to assist us with all aspects of the after sale processes. I have no hesitation in recommending Chris Volpatti to anyone who would seek his assistance in selling their property. In June 2015,I decided to place My house on the market and move to St Basil’s Retirement complex. As I did not know of any Real Estate Agents I consulted with My good friend,Roland Pisani and He recommended Chris Volpatti of McGrath Real Estate. I did not realise the Chris’s offsider was Jason Pasini, and I signed a contract in February 2015. The house has now been sold and I cannot speak more highly of Chris and Jason’s Professional attitude.Lines of communication were always open and all of My (many) questions were answered Immediately. Although I did deal with Chris most of the time, nothing was a problem and I would have no hesitation recommending either to any of My friends. Regards, John Maguire

I have sold a number of properties through Chris and he has always been a honest and knowledgeable agent. He takes time to explain the feedback he receives from prospective purchases. He and his personal team are always eager to provide their time to both the seller and buyers, ensuring a quick response time to queries and avoiding unnecessary misunderstandings. Highly recommended.

Chris made the stressful process of buying in such a tight market so much easier with his clear communication and helpful but calm approach. Once the purchase was done, queries were promptly answered by his friendly assistant Jessica and numerous meetings at our new house were easily accommodated before settlement. Thank you to Chris and his team, we will be sure to use you as our selling agent next time too.
