Chris always conducts himself in a professional manner. He knows the market and is honest With his appraisals. His advice is sound and the result is always good. He has sold three properties for us to date and I have no hesitation in recommending him as an agent.

Chris was recommended to us by a person working in the industry. We had high expectations and Chris, as well as his team, exceeded these. His advice, from prior to listing through to the sale, was first class and he was spot on in terms of where the market was at and how we could work together to achieve a great result for our home. At all times he was open, honest, and conducted negotiations with credibility and respect. He is by far the best agent we have dealt with and we recommend him unconditionally.

Hi Chris, Now that the dust has settled on the sale of Paul Street I would like to thank you for doing such a magnificent job of selling my home. The unwavering professionalism of you and your team and the incredible attention to detail that surrounded every element of our sale was truly inspiring. It is very easy to see why you are regarded as one of the best agents in Sydney. You and your team truly went above and beyond the call of duty, and god knows what we would have done without your sound advice and expert negotiating skills. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you. Please also pass on our special thanks to your colleague Jason Pisani who also just wonderful to work with. And of course Carla and Nadia who were fantastic as well. Thanks again Chris, Pip and Troy

Being a Buyer's Agent, I work with Real Estate Agents all day and every day and their levels of skill and professionalism ranges from dire to great and occasionally, exceptional - Chris Volpatti is one on the rare truly exceptional. While being communicative and open - he was always willing to go over and beyond to make myself and my client feel comfortable with the property, I was never left in any doubt that he was 100% focused on his vendor. I think we both felt that we struck a deal that was beneficial for both our clients. Chris, you were an absolute pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with you again. My wife and I chose Chris to represent us because out of all the agents we interviewed, he was very considered and calm in his approach to what can be an emotional roller coaster of an experience. Chris displayed not only a depth of knowledge of the real estate market, but as a long term Eastern Suburbs resident, had an in depth and personal understanding of the many benefits of living in the area (Schools, Entertainment, Transport, Councils etc).
