I had interactions with Marnie at a few open house inspections I had attended and she was always approachable and open with her feedback and observations. At those times I hadn’t had intentions of buying, just keeping an eye on the market. Very recently a house caught my eye which I took a liking to but it was out of reach, or so I thought. A conversation with Marnie opened my eyes to possibilities that I not thought possible in a time frame that was implausible. Impossible and implausible must not be in her vocabulary because she got on the case and somehow pulled multiple threads together to present us with a new home. Just wow. Highly recommended and all accolades deserved.

While we were kept informed of the progress of the sale of the property, we felt the estimated value of our property, $ 3.8 -$ 4m to us and the value given to proposed buyers, $ 3.2-$3.3 was very dishonest and unethical. There is no way a buyer who is told that value would pay anywhere near the estimated value given to us. Allowing for the resent interest rate increases and the slowing down of the market, vendors should be given an honest valuation of their property and this was not.
