Marnie was outstanding with her service when selling our home. She gave us a clear, documented plan from day one, weekly updates, follow-up after every inspection and a consistent flow of people coming through each week. Marnie kept my husband, and I calm every step of the way. I would highly recommend Marnie to anyone selling their home. She was outstanding, and I would get her to sell again for us. Best in the business!!

From the moment we met with Chris there was a feeling of assuredness that he and the McGrath team were working with us. Every step of the way Chris provided great advice and clear knowledge of the selling process. We discussed expectations and when the time came, negotiations were stress-free and in very good hands. Results exceeded expectations and Chris provided calm and meticulous support throughout. Chris' entrenched experience in the area provided him with accurate expectations and also additional support with various contacts. A pleasure to deal with.

Chris knows more than any other agent I have spoken to about real estate in the Bronte area. He is always professional, respectful and works non-stop to get the best result for his vendors. I am very glad we chose Chris to help us sell in the current market. I honestly believe that he gave us the best possible result.

Chris approach to our campaign was thorough, consistent always professional and exactly what we were after. Understanding of nuanced dynamics, a stampeding and faltering market, and people led to a successful sale. Congrats to him and the team at Coogee.

I found Marnie and her team friendly, professional and relatable throughout the buying process. We have been house hunting for some time so have got to know them through the various viewings they have been showing.

I'd sold with Chris before, so we knew his committed work ethic and professionalism. This time (August 2022) interest rates were climbing rapidly and the market was crumbling before our very eyes. These are the times when having a hard-working and motivated agent is of paramount importance. Chris didn't just "set-and-forget" the marketing campaign. It was a constant work in progress, responding dynamically to maximise our opportunities. Chris' team provides constant feedback and updates, so you know what is happening day to day. I have absolutely no doubt that I could not have gotten the result I did with other agents.
