We met Justin Taylor 13 years ago when he showed us through a house we were interested in purchasing. His personality, warmth and professionalism resonated with us so much, that when we made the decision to sell, we deliberately searched for him. Justin is not your stereotypical realestate agent. He is a genuinely nice person who people instantly feel at ease with. Justin met with us and thoroughly explained the process and provided us with many options and information. His follow-up customer service was respectful, encouraging, reassuring and professional. Our house went on the market during mid winter and Covid times. To say we were worried about this affecting a successful sale was an understatement. Justin, however, made us feel confident and at ease and within a week of our first open home, we had accepted an offer well above our asking price! Justin has made our house sale about us and our home. Not once has he tried to use it as an advertisement for himself (unlike so many other realtors who have their face plastered over the For Sale signs). We appreciate Justin's modesty but know that our successful sale would not have been possible without his hard work and professionalism. Justin has not only sold our precious home but has offered us invaluable advice in the process of buying on the other end.
