Vince had a very good understanding of the market in my area as well as the elements of house sales that have an impact on sale price. As a woman I never felt like I was being taken advantage of which was important to me. Vince is a great communicator and is always ready to respond to questions and provide advice and updates. I highly recommend Vince as an agent, he sold my place on the third open home ( within two weeks) - impressive as we launched over a public holiday.
