I wouldn't go with any other real estate agent other than Trenton anymore. I have sold and purchased properties in the past and Trenton would have to be my pick of agents. Trenton is reliable , keeps you informed, trustworthy and honest but importantly has integrity. Trenton looked after me right to the end of a complex buy and sell. No request of ours was too big or too small, Kris was willing to assist us any way he could. He even visited out of hours to bring us packing boxes to move, and offered to help with the move itself! He went above and beyond every, single, time. We cannot fault Kris at all. We would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone wanting to sell their home. A great guy doing a great job. I purchased my apartment through Trenton and when I went to sell 5 years later I contacted him immediately. Trenton was very knowledgeable of the market, realistic about timelines and list prices and flexible with the selling strategy. After engaging Trenton I found both him and his administration team went above and beyond to ensure I knew what the process was, what was needed from me and when and as the sale progressed I felt very supported and informed through what can be a stressful process I completely trusted they had my best interest in mind. I have recently purchased a property from another real estate company and the service does not even compare to that of Morrissey Property. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
