The property had 35 inspections on first open home, was sold within a week with multiple offers and settled with 45 days of listing. The price accepted was very close to JT's estimated value with the marketing, presentation and attention to detail ensuring we got the best price. It might cost a bit more but ensures the best price attained. JT's assistant Jonah was also invaluable. Would not recommend anybody else.

Lila is a phenomenal real estate agent and I highly recommend her. She has an amazing knowledge of the local real estate market in Canberra and took all of the stress out of selling my home and buying a new one. She kept me updated every step along the way and coordinated everything seamlessly. Lila is genuinely caring and went the extra mile during the sale of my house and purchase of a new home. She organised a mobile coffee van to be onsite during the open home and liaised with the strata at my new property about some changes I wanted to make.
