McGrath were very helpful in finding a suitable tenant for my property. Communication could be improved, especially in relation to breakdown of fees as agreed in the agency agreement. All communication is via email, and limited interaction by phone. Emails are easily missed and would prefer a regular phone call to keep me updated on the tenant inspections, condition of my property, and property related expenses
