Professional Service

McGrath were very helpful in finding a suitable tenant for my property. Communication could be improved, especially in relation to breakdown of fees as agreed in the agency agreement. All communication is via email, and limited interaction by phone. Emails are easily missed and would prefer a regular phone call to keep me updated on the tenant inspections, condition of my property, and property related expenses

Prompt, helpful, decisive

Prompt, helpful, decisive says it all. We ared currently living overseas, our tenants unexpectedly moved out, and within what felt like just a couple of weeks, with a new agency, we had new tenants sorted, lease fees and arrangements agreed and the property handover completed

So glad to have changed agencies

After having a less than satisfactory experience with a another large Northern Beaches agency, and finding I was doing a lot of the run around, yet being charged higher rates for a ‘superior’ service, it was a relief to switch to McGrath Avalon. Caitlin, Stefano, and their team are super organised, on the ball, and happy to handle anything that arises. I feel really peaceful knowing they’re managing things for me.
