I write this review with a genuine grateful appreciation for Adrian Venturi,his professional genuine and warm attitude right from the first greeting made me realise what a fantastic experience it would be to deal with Adrian through a purchase and a sale in the future years to come,Adrian made time to explain the larger and finer details regarding all levels of the purchase,he showed me patience ,I respect the agent must work and balance all parties involved but I personally felt I was treated with equal importance and respect throughout the entire process,that is often very stressful ,due to Adrian's character diligence and real estate market knowledge I felt a trust and comfort level often not felt during these types of deals.
