Professional, transparent with good communication.

Firstly, they have the busiest shop in town with people coming and going throughout the day while the others seem to be very quiet. Given the timing with what was going on in the world then I was certain I'd have to discount the price but thankfully I didn't have to. They managed to get a good price at a difficult time. I'd chose them again.

Personable, professional and conscientious with follow through throughout the process

Lauren was one of the supporting agents on the team. Her input was knowledgeable and well considered and her follow through on any issue for us was excellent. Her background in interior design really ensured that the house was styled well and sympathetically for sale. Her approach was always open, professional and personable. She was always quick to respond to any enquiry and kept us up to date with weekly reports which were useful and ontime.

Between myself and my wife and our two daughters we have used McGrath Pittwater buying and selling on 7 occasions , Adrian had handled 4 of them with our complete satisfaction , he is confident in his experience to have the seller produce the property in every area to be acceptable to the buyer for them to be confident to commit.
