This was the second property we have bought in Bilgola Plateau and we watch the market like a hawk with Adrian across every whisper in the suburb. When Adrian alerted us that our dream property was off-market, we acted fast but importantly Adrian made sure that the two ends of the negotiation got the outcome both wanted.
