We signed up with James Baker to sell our property in Clareville , NSW2107. His team were superb, the support they gave from start to finish was first class. The help and advice given, really reduced the stress levels involved in selling a property. James and team negotiated an excellent price - 100K above what we thought would be our best achievable price. Thanks James and Laureen , I will definitely use your services again.

Adrian has been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the sale of our property and beyond. He has a true passion for real estate and this comes across in all our dealings with him. He's driven, knowledgable and has excellent relationship building skills. Our home was sold off market before we even had the chance to launch the auction campaign, testament to his database. We felt he walked a tight line between working for us on this sale, and also his existing clients who were our buyers. He did this well, and we felt like he gave sound advice, without pushing us, and would always support the decision we came to. We were comfortable in being able to be completely upfront with him during the whole process and now as we continue to look for our next home. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Adrian and his team to anyone looking to sell in the Bilgola Plateau and surrounds, he's an enthusiast for the area and we would most certainly use him again.

Rowena surpassed all our expectations of a sales agent. We were overseas at the time of the sale but she kept us totally informed of all progress through emails and phone calls. Rowena showed incredible empathy, both with us, and with the purchaser. Her knowledge and professionalism were outstanding.

Rowena was our vendor's agent and we found her to be very professional and well informed. She provided us with insights into the area and the immediate neighbourhood which only comes from her local lived experience. Definitely an exceptional real estate agent and an extremely nice, genuine person to deal with.

I had bought the house through Adrian back in 2013 and had a great experience at the time and naturally went back to him as I was looking to sell - Adrian and Rowena were outstanding in supporting me through the preparation of our house prior to the sales campaign through to the execution of the campaign itself. From finding the right trades to ensure the house was in the right shape, to providing coaching on what needed to be done and of course driving the campaign. I'd definitely have no hesitation in highly recommending Adrian and Rowena
