Jerry has great communication skills throughout our whole selling process. Jerry worked to sell my unit before it was even on the market, had offers within days of listing, and then had it under contract for the asking price within a week. He's also a fantastic property manager - proactive, fair, knowledgable, reliable, and such a hard worker. He goes above and beyond. I've been through a lot of property managers, (many have so many clients they can't handle them all). But Jerry is very resourceful, and I won't be using any other property manager in future. Jerry managed my investment property for a year and then recently sold it for me, all during COVID. I live interstate and can’t travel into Queensland. Jerry managed my investment unit for a year. During that time he organised a bathroom renovation in the unit. Everything went without a hitch. All I had to do was make a few phone calls. He is an excellent property manager.
