Our apartment has been vacant for over 6 weeks before we approach Jerry to be our property manager. We respect the current agent and both parties agree to do open listing for our rental property. After signing form 6 with Jerry, he took action straight away and upload the ads straight away. We can’t believe after 2 days, he found applicants for us and tenants can move in after a week. What an amazing result! We are glad to have Jerry on board. He has very good communication skill and very good knowledge of marketing skill. We highly recommend Jerry to be your property manager.

After experiencing a nightmare tenant who damaged my property and left and my agent (now EX AGENT) didn't tell me of the damage in over 6 weeks i got a new agent. Jerry took photos of the damage and he got in all the relevant trades to fix the damage straight away. He helped me get my bond back from my old agent(who collected it 6 weeks earlier and didn't tell me). And he organized a new tenant as soon a the repairs were done. He is very pro active and he gets things done. Thanks Jerry
