In consultation, Anthony worked out a detailed marketing strategy to present the property in the best possible light. This included the development of plans by a known local architect familiar with the inner west, to demonstrate the future potential of the property; a feature very much appreciated by prospective buyers. The marketing plan developed by Anthony was followed throughout the selling campaign. It was skilfully varied to meet situations as they arose. All this was undertaken during the current real estate downturn. I have always found Anthony and his staff to provide the highest level of service in terms of being most courteous and delivering what they promise. They are very knowledgeable as well as great communicators.
