We contacted Sam and asked him to sell our house as we had previous dealings with him for a sale of another house a few years prior. We love Sam’s honestly, and real estate knowledge. He is a fantastic communicator and very reliable. As our house was a rental property and we didn’t live nearby, he organised our house to get styled and lawns and gardens maintained. He was fantastic keeping us updated with the feedback from potential buyers and following everyone up that looked at our property. His decades of experience showed throughout the sale, he walked us through our options always listening to our ideas which allowed us to feel well supported through the process. He provided great insight into prepping the property for sale. On numerous occasions he took the lead and fixed small problems with the property as they happened to ensure it was presented optimally at every stage.
