True Champion!
If we could rate Stephen with six stars, we would! We made a mistake engaging another agent prior to Stephen which caused us to have a challenging 10 weeks, without a result. Changing agent, and employing Stephen was gold. Stephen listened, was patient, positive, fantastic at communicating, professional and personable. He introduced a strategy, sort our agreement and followed through. He was open, honest, reliable, kept us updated on his daily actions, goals and results. Provided information, market comparison and his knowledge on buyers loan financing a bonus. He focused on getting us a best result and within a few weeks of him listing our home, he succeeded - in a difficult market. We can not thank Stephen enough and would not hesitate to recommend or utilise Stephen again in the future.
