We initiated our sales process through agent finder and received a bunch of replies from various agents whom I'd had brief initial conversations with and from the get go Sam stood out as a straight talking and down to earth person. Sam has exceptional communication skills, patience and very professional demeanour. To be honest I wasn't particularly looking forward to dealing with a realestate agents considering the industry reputation a lot of them have but Sam completely flipped that notion on its head. Sam was very honest and upfront from the start and had made him self available for any questions we had and continuously kept us up to date with the proceedings of the sale and always had good advice through the whole process from listing to sale. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking to sell or buy property, the man is extremely hard working and competent in his job and has a real talent and tact in dealing with all manner of people. It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Sam and having him guide us through the entire sales process and anyone that decides to hire Sam will quickly realise that not all realestate agents are built the same, he is truly an exception to the rule. Jen Anderson and her team worked diligently to sell our unit in Parramatta but it was when approaching settlement that their eye for detail saved the day. Our email was hacked and just ever so slightly changed and instructions by the hackers to change the bank details for settlement were altered. Jen contacted us inquiring to our change of details and a near fatal transfer was prevented.
