Kim and her team did a fantastic job in selling my house and helping me find a rental property at the same time. The effort that went into the process was outstanding. I didn't quite get the sale result that I wanted at the auction, and I did feel somewhat pressured into taking the first couple of offers. I found that it was my pushing that actually got the figure higher and a lot closer to the figure Kim and her team initially told me I would get easily. I guess it just wasn't to be on the day. Getting a rental property was also really important for me as well, as I hadn't rented in years and I had heard all the horror stories of crowds of people looking at dingy places, but Kim and the team really went above and beyond and helped get me an amazing apartment very quickly. So very, very much appreciated for that!!
