We could not have wished for a better agent when selling our property than Amit and his team. They were at all times professional and, equally as importantly, respectful of our situation as we worked towards getting the property ready for sale - no pushiness or pressure. When we were finally ready to sell they ran a great campaign and achieved us an amazing result. We could not recommend Amit and Team Nayak (especially Danny) highly enough. Very happy. Thanks Amit and Danny!

This is the 2nd property we have sold with Sam Dalgliesh. We were so impressed with Sam on a previous sale, we didn’t look to anyone but him when it came time to sell this property. Every encounter with Sam, you know you are dealing with a true gentleman and professional! Sam presented a strategy to us for the sale of our recent investment property which included the services of a property stylist. As we are not located in Sydney, Sam obtained the quotes from them to present to us and went the extra mile every step, to ensure we had minimal time between tenants vacating and sale secured. Sam was amazing after each open home, giving us valuable feedback and secured a sale for us within the first week of going to market. It truly is a pleasure and a blessing to have someone as honest, gracious and hard working as Sam representing you as you know every buyer will be treated with the same level of care shown to us. Highly recommend Sam, he’s such an asset to McGrath and the industry!
