Amit Nayak and his team exceeded our expectations. We have no words to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for their hard work and support! They are the best agents we could recommend without any doubts. We were strangers to Amit when we first introduced ourselves and began the journey to sell our house. We found him online through searching for suburb sale records and believed in him. At the end of the process, the result was the sale of our four-room house standing on 416 sq meters of land, for a record sale price for the Nayak team in the area to date! We share our happiness with the Nayak team and wish them all the very best in the coming years. Many thanks to the team!

Kim and her team did a fantastic job in selling my house and helping me find a rental property at the same time. The effort that went into the process was outstanding. I didn't quite get the sale result that I wanted at the auction, and I did feel somewhat pressured into taking the first couple of offers. I found that it was my pushing that actually got the figure higher and a lot closer to the figure Kim and her team initially told me I would get easily. I guess it just wasn't to be on the day. Getting a rental property was also really important for me as well, as I hadn't rented in years and I had heard all the horror stories of crowds of people looking at dingy places, but Kim and the team really went above and beyond and helped get me an amazing apartment very quickly. So very, very much appreciated for that!!

Jen and the entire team are elite experts of real-estate. They know the market in & out and gives the best advice. Their strategy and experience in this market is top notch. Through out the whole process, everything was transparent and they let us know exactly how the market is behaving and what we should be doing trusting their process. Real test of an agent is not when the market is high but when its challenging and that's what Jen had done. We are thankful to Jen and her team who had achieved an amazing result for us.
