I just purchased (remotely) a property in Parramatta, where Rowan was the selling agent. He was thoroughly professional and responsive and when I faced some issues (BP report on my side had some unexpected delays), he took steps to make sure everything was in place for it to be completed by the BP inspector so that I would have comfort to proceed with the purchase. He was transparent and honest. If I do sell the property in the future, he would be the first person I would look for.
