Professional, down to earth, above and beyond!
Rowan was fantastic! Really easy to communicate with, always followed up enquiries. As a first home buyer the experience is quite nerve racking. Rowan was very down to earth but always very professional which made the process all that much easier!

Sincere, thoughtful, and always at hand
We’d seen Rowan a few times at other properties before we found the place for us, and he had always taken the time to learn about our preferences and help address our concerns with each place in ways that were consistent with outside advice. We were really happy with the outcome, and felt like Rowan was fair in balancing the interests of the sellers and our own interests as the buyers; which meant a lot throughout the buying experience. Flexible, great communication & professional attitude

Local market knowledge
Her knowledge on the market and local conditions was spot on. Anita guided us with a detailed plan which was executed perfectly. The house was stagged wonderfully and throughout the inspection processes we were constantly informed of potential buyers and all relative feedback both positive and negative. Come auction time Anita and her partners spent the time running through the game plan and to be honest it was perfect. Highly recommend Anita when selling you will not be disappointed. Thank you.
