Amit Nayak gave us an undertaking when we engaged McGrath to sell our Family home "I will not let you down, Frank & Annie". We had a short campaign of two weeks, with 6 inspections. Although 10m buyers took contracts, only two showed genuine interest. However, on the Friday before the Auction, one of the Buyers dropped out and we were staring at an auction with a single bidder.
