We are so happy we engaged Brad as our real estate agent. He had in depth knowledge of the housing market in our area, he had a brilliant sales and marketing strategy and we came out with a record breaking result. He was an absolutely pleasure to deal with, always super quick to answer any questions and nothing was too much trouble for him. Would 100% recommend Brad. We would recommend Brad and he’s team to anyone wanting the best result, they left no stone unturned. I found selling my house enjoyable. Brad honestly went above and beyond. Brad and the whole McGrath team were extremely professional. Brad’s communication and guidance from start to finish was way above our expectation. We felt at ease putting our home in the trust of Brad to achieve the best sale price which Brad and he’s team managed to successfully do all in under a month at Auction. If you’re planning on selling I’d recommend you call Brad, we are extremely great full and couldn’t speak higher of how hard he worked for us. Lastly I wish I have more properties to sell, that’s how enjoyable the team from McGrath’s were to work with.

Couldn’t rate Brad higher if I tried. Fantastic experience! He executed a well thought out sales strategy that was dynamic and adapted to the feedback he was receiving from buyers along the way. He was open and communicative with us the whole way through, took our perspective on board, but also wasn’t afraid to give us his honest thoughts when we needed to challenge our way of thinking. Trust in Brad, honestly, he’ll get you the best result. Blown away by the whole experience
