It is more like appreciation of his kindness ,trust and hard work It is hard to describe how much I thank to him and appreciate his hardwork. His work is not only professionally outstanding but also he has warm heart .kind and very good at communication. His team were my best friends as they always listen to us and care about us I highly recomend him as he is reliable and very very good at his work. I had seen the signs in the local area, but had no real need, then we needed an agent, so i thought i will give them a call. By chance i even had a nice young guy i meet me on the footpath, he was doing business in the street and we struck up a conversation, and then knew why that have so many signs, these guys knew what they were doing, We had our first consultation, what they expect the property will sell for , their latest sales, and a list of ready buyers. Brad was a true professional, VER VERY knowledgeable in our local area, we never felt pressured during the time they were trying to list our property, Saying that, it is one of the best financial decisions we have made in years. The extra 10's of thousands they achieved in price, was far above our expectations, which just means we have so many more options for us moving forward as a family. Our experience with Kim and Jen has been a very good one with our purchase. They are transparent with the process and manages the expectation as a buyer. They know the area well as we have seen their history of sales. They are full of ideas of how to improve the house and absolutely sold us on the potential of the property. That is the sort of real estate agents that everybody needs, not just a hi bye type of agent. Doesn't matter which side of the equation you are on, buyer or seller, you would want Kim's team on your team. I think the results speaks for themselves on the amount of houses they sell. Jen even went out of her way to put me onto expos/renovation inspirations which she didn't really have to do but because of her passion to give us a satisfying experience, she went over and above what others real estate agents wouldn't do.
