Our agent, Sarah Bennett was fantastic and kept us on track during the process although we were not always patient!! She was extremely professional and did a wonderful job of selling our house. I felt that she had a good understanding of what we wanted and in the end, the selling price exceeded our expectations. You cannot ask for more than that. Thank you so much Sarah! You did a wonderful job.

I was impressed with Neil's polite and courteous manner when I first met him at an open house. We asked two agents for appraisals and Neil was the one who listened to our needs and desires. He was very observant and able to gently offer suggestions to help make our property more appealing. Although the whole process was stressful for us he remained calm and helpful with frequent communication.

We chose carefully when we asked Neil Fry to sell our place. He was honest, friendly and gave us a realistic price as a guide. The property sold in less than a week. We would certainly recommend that folk should consider his services.
