Could not ask for a more professional person to deal with. I would recommend Brendan to anyone wanting to sell a house. Could not say a bad thing about him or the other Belle staff that were involved with the auction. He was spot on when it come to valuing our house and we got our reserve.

Erin was great help with all our inquires and given our difficulty in making given viewings due to living in Sydney, Erin always made herself available to us. She had a great understanding of the area and the house. She was always extremely professional and helpful.

Smooth sailing and very professional. Neil took time to explain things to us as this was our first time going through the process and worked with us to meet what we needed. Our house was sold before going on the market over our asking price. We are over the moon!

Neil was very professional in the way he helped guide us through our journey to find the perfect home for us. His knowledge of the area and his availability to answer any questions at anytime was great and if busy would call back ASAP. Neil made the whole process of purchasing an enjoyable experience and certainly helped in anyway he could. Highly recommend him as a Realestate agent in the Caves Beach / Lake Macquarie Area

Neil was very professional and helpful throughout the process, he understood the market and advised us according. We discussed the various methods that we could take with the sales process and his advice was very helpful to us in understanding the process and landing on a marketing strategy which we eventually took. Over all Neil was very helpful ,kept us informed and was easy to contact and we would have no hesitation in recommending others to Neil / Belle in the future.
