Neil Fry from Belle Property sold a family property at Blacksmiths in September 2021. His work was excellent in providing documentation and advice about selling the property. His local knowledge and experience helped the buyers and sellers to settle the property without fuss and with maximum benefits to all parties. Thank you Neil

I purchased this property with my husband many years ago. It was the only property we saw, after looking at many, that we liked. The agent was Neil Fry. My husband died a few years ago and the property was in my name. The time we bought it before was so easy and problem free. I put the house on the market recently which has now sold. The agent- NEIL FRY - why? Same reason. He is professional and kind and has the patience of (Saint) Job. I shall never forget him. Not ever. He may not forget me either, but not for the same reason. As I said, he has the patience of Job. The conveyancer Renee Seymour was also very kind and obliging.

We first met our Belle agent Neil Fry four years ago when we purchased an amazing block of land through him. After several delays we were just about to build when Neil phoned us with a solid offer on our land which was more than double what we paid. Within 5 days thanks to Neil, we had sold our land and bought a beautiful home just around the corner. Neil is professional, helpful and friendly and we are delighted with the outcome that Neil helped to secure.

Neil’s knowledge of the market was outstanding. He is a straight shooter; so honest we trusted him from day one . Neil is true gentleman who is very personable. Neil teamed up with his beautiful wife for our open houses which was a lovely touch, a very caring and professional team. He honestly makes the whole process easy and stress free. We would highly recommend Neil as an agent 10/10. He walked in as our agent and walked out as our friend. Thank you Neil Fry and The Belle Property Team

Neil is one of the best agent we ever met. He is a very experienced, proficient and honest agent. It was very awkward to ask for inspection on a Sunday, but Neil was happy to accommodate our request. It was unreal. This showed he put his heart and lots of dedication to his job. We highly recommend this marvellous agent to anyone wants to sell or buy a property in the Caves beach area.

As a buyer Neil was great to deal with. I had regular weekly communications with Neil around new properties coming on the market. I felt that it was no trouble for him to spend time with me on the phone keeping me in the loop. Equally he went over and above to arrange private inspections which was particularly helpful for me as a Sydney buyer. In doing these private inspections he also had the one on one time to sell the features and benefits of each property. Many agents will kick open the door at an open house with little or no engagement with the potential buyer which probably explains why properties listed with Neil sell quite fast.
