Over the years we have commissioned Neil to act on our behalf on a number of occasions; the fact that we have consistently commissioned Neil speaks to his professionalism. Of course we have spoken with other agents and compared attributes but Neil has consistently won the job because of his genuine credibility - he exudes professionalism! Neil has more than thirty years experience in the industry, has been there through the ups and downs, seen legislative and procedural changes in the industry, seen agents and agencies come and go yet has maintained and enhanced his status among his peers. Neil is a true professional! Neil does not give up on a sale. He is never beaten and eternally optimistic - his enthusiasm for the challenge defines his character. Neil draws on his experience, updates this with ongoing education to broaden his marketing/sales attributes and uses his heuristic feel to reliably assess potential buyers. Neil's communication skills are first rate. He speaks with knowledge and doesn't 'sugar coat' issues - he speaks clearly and genuinely. Neil updates all parties as fluidity changes. He returns calls promptly (and rarely seems to be off-duty). Neil keeps all potential parties to a sale 'in the loop'. Neil often goes 'the extra mile' to satisfy the demands of potential buyers, their families and their trades' people and often with minimal response time. And, through all the difficult dealings, Neil acts courteously and honestly. He is a true professional! Would I recommend him? You bet I would!

Could not recommend Neil more! Our property required a specific buyer which Neil understood and communicated from the outset. He persevered in the sale of our property, where a lot of other agents would have given up. His knowledge of the market and ability to identify the right buyer is a testament to his experience.
