We are more than satisfied with the professional service and excellent communication we received from Neil throughout the sale of our property. From initial valuations through to the exchange of contracts Neil has demonstrated outstanding knowledge of the real estate market and exhibited genuine interest and dedicated effort towards ensuring our home was correctly marketed. Neil went above and beyond our expectations to secure a sale during all phases of the selling process.
Neil Fry
He is very focussed. One of his strengths is that, he does not present himself as a "pushy" real estate agent but he follows through and does not miss an opportunity to match prospective buyers with the property that they can afford.. He knows his market and I respect him for that.

Having grown up in the region where Neil operates, I have known Neil for as long as I can remember. He is a respected member of the community, which is an appropriate reflection of how he treats clients on both sides of any transaction. I am a repeat client of Neil's and have been able to work openly with Neil knowing he prioritizes trust and integrity at each stage of the process. I will use him again and would have no hesitation recommending him to others.

If you are looking to actually SELL a home in Swansea, not just LIST it and have it sit there with a FOR SALE sign out the front, then I recommend Neil Fry. We sold our house through Neil and it didn't even get to the stage of requiring a sign out the front. Neil used his network of contacts (which include a very extensive database of Sydney buyers) to achieve a quick, uncomplicated sale for us at the price we wanted. (This, by the way, was significantly above the first price offered by the successful purchasers). Neil's knowledge of the market, particularly in the Swansea Caves Beach areas, was extremely useful. His hints on presentation of the property were also very helpful. Neil Fry came highly recommended and we were not disappointed.

Neil was extremely thorough in his service and provided top quality prompt trustworthy service to us as a buyer. He was very genuine in displaying his interest in selling the property with integrity. Highly recommend Neil if buying or selling.
Neil Fry
Neil was fantastic he went above and beyond to make our sale easy and pain free. We would recommend him to anyone. Neil got us a price way above what other agents said would be our best price. Neil has a great understanding of sales in the area and how to get the best price for your house. 5 out of 5 in every way.
