Neil offers a very personal experience, and is very professional in the sale of your property and communicates well with his client, I would have no problems recommending Neil to friends or neighbors, who were ready to place their property for sale
Neil Fry
Neil Fry of McGrath Real Estate is efficient, honest, open and exudes a quiet confidence. These attributes aided in a quick and successful sale of our property in Caves Beach. Constant communication between ourselves as vendors, himself as the Agent in his role, and potential purchasers was paramount in achieving the best outcome possible for us in what is a complex and somewhat daunting task, the sale of our home. We appreciate all that he has done for us.

The purchase of our property with Brendan @ McGrath was quite easy . Brendan & the team did everything possible to assist us when we had delays with settlement and assisted with access to our new home earlier as planned . The delays re settlement had nothing to do with McGrath or Brendan. Brendan was upfront in all aspects and we were kept up to date along the entire process of the purchase. Thankyou .

Brendan King was outstanding in helping us with the process of buying our house. He always made time to answer all our questions and communicate with the owners of the house if we need to ask something. He was extremely polite friendly and never made feel us rushed while inspecting the house. We will totally recommend him to our friends!

Neil, handled the sale of a property for my elderly mother - nothing was too much trouble, he communicated well and we felt at all times that he had our interest st the forefront. There were challenges with the property and with the conveyancing but Neilwas there to assist and made things happen. Mum wanted a quick sale and that's what she got at a great price to. We had access to Neil we felt by phone and email any time. The whole experience was a lot better because Neil was looking out for us in a professional manner.

We recently had the pleasure of buying a property through Neil Fry, and found him to be extremely professional and friendly through the entire buying process. We believe we paid a fair market value for the property, and Neil was very helpful whilst we were going through the negotiation process. His patience and communication was exceptional, and he made it a priority to keep us in the loop at all times. Although Neil was working for his client (seller), we didn't feel like it was a one way street, and I would definitely recommend Neil to anyone who was thinking of selling their home. Thank you so much for a pleasurable experience and we wish you all the best for the future. Regards, Michael and Rebecca

Neil was a fantastic agent with the sale of my late fathers house. He gave great advice to make the house more presentable and what potential buyers are looking for in a property. Neil was very compassionate to our situation while still having his greatest intentions to get us the best possible price. His extreme local knowledge coupled with his extensive experience created a very easy process that was very hassle free. Neil had several successful ways to get interested parties to view to house with success in a short period of time. We highly recommend Neil. Thank you again
