Neil Fry did an amazing job selling our home at Marks Point. Unparalleled professional with unwaving enthusiasm, committment and dedication to achieve the result we so desired. I have no hesitation in recommending Neil to any prospective property seller.
Neil Fry
My husband and I would highly recommend Neil Fry to anyone contemplating either selling their current home or perhaps buying a new one. Neil has just recently been our sole agent in the sale of a waterfront cottage in Marks Point and then again in the purchase of an ocean front parcel of land in Caves Beach. Neil has a very impressive knowledge of the local market and has a very long list of prospective buyers on his database which he has accumulated from his many years of working in real estate in this area. Neil is extremely honest and reliable, we received many phone calls/texts/emails from Neil in the timeframe he was working for us and we could always count on him for feedback and return phone calls when required. Neil's experience and knowledge appears far greater than other local agents in this area. We would not hesitate to use Neil's services again in the future. Thank you

I would not hesitate in referring Neil Fry for purchasing and selling your property. Neil always communicated with us at any time night or day. If we left a message he would respond quickly. Neil also arranged a private viewing of the house we purchased which was great to have a thorough look. On settlement day Neil chased up the solicitors and he was the first one to congratulate us on our purchase. Kind regards, Peter & Christine Hamilton
Neil Fry
An honest, reliable and dedicated agent whom I would have no hesitation in recommending as he performs his role as an agent with the highest regard to his clients.

Neil was very good at his job, he works very hard to get the job done.

I would like to thank Neil Fry for helping us with our purchase of our house. He was with us every step of the way keeping us informed and always available. After searching for some time and having real estate agents not even returning your call, it was a relief to have someone who was efficient and helpful. I would highly recommend this agent for any purchase in the Swansea, Lake Macquarie area.

Neil was very professional from our first dealings through to settlement on our new home. We felt we could trust Neil, this for us is a very rare trait in an agent. He was also easy to contact and nothing was too much trouble. We have bought and sold many homes over a 35 year period and Neil would be the best agent we have dealt with. We would definitely recommend him.

Our house was on the market for three months with another agent without a single offer. We then changed to Brendan at McGraths. Prior to the first open house we had an offer. Since then we have had several more offers and sold the house in three weeks. Brendan worked hard to get the property sold and to get the best result for everyone. Well done Brendan. We look forward to our next dealing with you and McGrath.
