We use Methven to rent our house and then we ourselves rent in the city using the local real estate service provided by our Landlord. I often use Methven's standards to inform our Landlord or normal property management expectations. It is clear that Methven are dedicated professionals to the ever changing role of property management. The response is quick and well informed. The staff have never seen a problem they don't have a solution for. I have to give them A+ for service and reliability. The service is as you imagine it should be. From front of house to management, the whole team know their job well. My wife and I only regret is that they are not managing my Landlords property where I live. ☺️

Methvens could not have been more professional with the listing and the extensive screening of prospective tenants.Our property was let within 24 hours of listing as Jackie organised the relevant authority smoke alarm,electricity&gas inspections on our behalf with a minimum of fuss.Could not recommend Jackie Daish and her Methven property management team highly enough.
