Justin Ross has great communication skills, and kept me fully informed all the way through the sales process, answering all my questions, and keeping me calm during the selling process. I had to spend some time prior to sale, to do some renovations to my house to bring it up to sale. Justin was able to recommend some wonderful tradespeople, and Justin had the knowledge and experience in recommending the optimum amount of renovations to do that would give the maximum bang for your buck, without over capitalising.
