I chose Justin as he was the only agent who approached me who seemed genuinely interested in all aspects of the sale and also the person! Justin was always easy to approach and get in contact with.....he was punctual / thorough / knowledgeable and most importantly, let you know 'exactly' where you stood through the whole process whether that be good news or bad.
