We found Regina to be a very skilled agent. She was a straight talker and her advice was spot on. Her negotiation skills were excellent, together with her knowledge of the industry. Very approachable and puts you at ease with her friendly manner. Justin also proved to be a talented agent. He has very good interpersonal skills and always has a smile, which meant a lot to us in our long journey. Our selling price was way below the original value, which was a big disappointment - this however, we accept as a result of the downturn of the market and no reflection of the abilities of Regina and her team.

Putting our house up for sale in a really tough market was a little scary to say the least, however Matthew and the team at Methvens showed complete professionalism. Regina was very helpful when we were in the process of selling my deceased mother in law's home. Her knowledge of the local market was extremely helpful, and in the face of declining market conditions, we managed to sell the home. And dealing with not so helpful tenants at the time, we were most appreciative of her people skills regarding this issue. Unfortunately the market didn't allow us to get the price we would've preferred, but market conditions were volatile at the time, so this is not a reflection on Regina's abilities or professionalism, which were without question needed during the selling process.

This was our first experince selling a property and we couldn't have been happier with the professionalism and support Matt provided throughout the slightly stressful process. Given the current market the thing that we appreciated the most was his realism. We were always kept informed on any Open House attendance numbers and possible perspective buyers which were quite few in numbers. We received updates every weekend and well after normal working hours, and any return phone calls were promptly answered by either Matthew directly or office staff. Even though the current market is quite slow and depressed, and we were informed that there were around twice the amount of houses on the market, and only the number of buyers compared to same time last year, we had to revise our selling price a number of times but we still achieved a good sale and the overall experience has been a positive one.
