A few examples of this an in no particular order: your positivity in the initial casual 'Hi/Thinking of selling our investment property/Bye' conversation that Saturday morning at Im Pasto ticked all the boxes in how we as the Vendors 'felt' about the idea of selling the property and equally as important, who we wanted to faciliate the sale of the property. You created the excitement in the thought of the sale, genuinely so, and openly invited us to make contact with you to discuss this further. And so i did, make the initial contact. And what really stands out about your communication is your responsiveness, you responded to my thoughts/questions/queries throughout the entire campaign straight away. Infact, i think the longest I waited for a call back and on one occassion only was 15 minutes. When we spoke, you answered welcommingly and made me feel that any time was the right time to talk and that whatever i wanted to discuss was relevant and valid. You kept me well informed, sent and responded via email evertime and efficiently. You had the photographer come to my plce of residency to collectt the key and a staff member of your office attend on a seperate date to collect paperwork as you were considerate I am on maternity leave and could not get to your office as quickly as intended. You were genuine in what you said and confident in the way you spoke. You arranged a coffee cart to be present on the day of auction... and even turned on the weather.
