David was a very good real estate agent. The day we inspected the property for the first time, it was a private inspection. We got stucked in traffic and called David to say we were late. He waited for us and rearranged his duties to make sure we could inspect the property. He was very clear explaining what the vendors expectations were and kept a very good communication during the process.
