Our property manager was very helpful with our move from Sydney to brisbane. She accommodated to our budget and needs. We are very grateful and couldn’t of got here without her.

As a landlord I have relied upon MPM Property to manage my property for the past 10 years. I have found their services to be professional, with good communication and prompt attendance to issues raised by the tenant. They have good systems and processes in place with all correspondence timely and accurate. I would highly recommend them.

Cassandra has been doing a great job in managing our property. For repairs/issues she is very timely in communicating issues and quotes and her chasing of our approvals is very proactive, using all means of communication available. She is also very knowledgeable about the area and its associated rental market, which means we rely on her recommendations.

Danielle is proactive, easy to understand, and hassled us just enough to make sure everything was done well, and legally. We have already referred a friend, as will no doubt do so again.
