Danielle Finlay has been such an incredible support over the last 12 months as I experienced multiple challenges with the property, including water leaks, termite attack, electrical issue and two bathrooms needing extensive repair. She's always gone the extra mile to keep me informed and her ability to recall information from the multitude of jobs being managed is so impressive. My partner and myself came across MPM property in our search to find our first rental home together. A huge thank you to Nadia dembinski who has been with us from the day we found MPM by going to a house inspection with another real estate. Who was everything you don’t want in a real estate to than have MPM who are just so professional, respectful and have such bubbly approachable team members it was a huge relief to come across them and be able to secure our first rental house together as a couple. MPM and most importantly Nadia always ensure any concerns that do arise are either fixed promptly or in the pipe line to be fixed as soon as possible. Definitely gives you that peace of mind that you can openly speak about concerns and they will be dealt with in the best possible way. It has been great working with Natascha Fischer. She has been attentive from the outset - getting on to assessing our application quickly, and keeping us updated on the processing and outcome.
