MPM are excellent at communicating. I have rented through them before and have always been happy with their communication and actioning any repairs. Everyone is so easy to talk to when you call, unlike other agencies I have rented through.

I have 2 properties managed by MPM. They are very good at finding a tenant quickly, doing regular inspections, managing repairs, paying bills/rates etc.

MPM Property have been amazing through this process of moving, they have given my partner and I are chance to start in our new family home with minimum rental history. Our agent Sarah has been nothing but incredible & is constantly communicating with us if there is any issues involving our property or scheduled appointments. I love the way everything seems to flow easily with MPM Property. I would highly recommend MPM Property for your rental needs.

Sarah has been a wonderful PM for the last 3 years - actually the best PM I have dealt with before. Extremely easy to communicate with, all requests were actioned in a very timely manner & the entire rental experience was stress free. Due to personal circumstances we needed to break lease early, Sarah was so quick to action this & worked hard to find new tenants within a week! This was such a relief to us as tenants & really shows how wonderful she is. Thank you for everything Sarah.
